You'll work alongside engineers and product managers to create experiences used daily by millions of users.\nWhat You'll Own\nDesign beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.\n\nCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI.\n\nDesign mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and financial services.\n\nBuild and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components.\n\nWork closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.\n\nOptimize interfaces for usability, accessibility and platform guidelines.\n\nIterate designs using analytics, usability findings and product feedback.\n\nEnsure consistency across different devices, screen sizes and operating systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of experience designing mobile applications.\n\nStrong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile UI work.\n\nExpert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.\n\nDeep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.\n\nStrong understanding of mobile usability, responsive layouts and interaction design.\n\nExcellent attention to typography, spacing, colour and visual hierarchy.\n\nAbility to simplify complex financial workflows into clean mobile experiences.\n\nPortfolio is required.\n\nDesign Stack\nFigma\n\nFigJam\n\nDesign Systems\n\nAuto Layout\n\nInteractive Prototyping\n\niOS Human Interface Guidelines\n\nMaterial Design\n\nThe Kind of Builder We Want\nThinks mobile-first.\n\nObsesses over visual polish and interaction quality.\n\nNotices small UI inconsistencies before users do.\n\nCares about accessibility, responsiveness and performance.\n\nCollaborates closely with engineers to deliver high-quality products.\n\nTakes pride in shipping pixel-perfect interfaces.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nDesigners whose experience is primarily marketing or branding.\n\nPeople who design without considering real user behaviour.\n\nDesigners unfamiliar with mobile platform conventions.\n\nIndividuals who struggle to collaborate with engineers.\n\nCandidates who cannot explain the rationale behind their design decisions.\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote, but candidates must be based in Hong Kong. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in Hong Kong.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our primary working language across our global teams.
