You will lead company-wide OKR planning and review cycles, design scalable performance management processes, analyze organizational data, and ensure our culture and values are consistently reflected in how we hire, evaluate and develop people.\nYou will work closely with leadership across the business to improve execution, increase accountability and help teams perform at their highest level.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nOwn and continuously improve the company's performance management framework.\n\nLead company-wide OKR planning, tracking and quarterly review cycles.\n\nDesign and implement scalable people processes that improve organizational effectiveness.\n\nAnalyze people, performance and operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes and recommend improvements.\n\nBuild dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance.\n\nDefine business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.\n\nPartner with leaders across the company to improve team performance and execution.\n\nDevelop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.\n\nDrive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership and a high-performance culture.\n\nEnsure company values are embedded throughout employee programs, performance evaluations and day-to-day operations.\n\nContinuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and improve the employee experience.\n\nSupport strategic people initiatives and organizational projects as the company grows.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.\n\nExperience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organizational processes.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.\n\nAbility to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.\n\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.\n\nHigh ownership, attention to detail and a bias toward execution.\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.\nWe operate with high talent density, high ownership and high standards.
