Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for product engineer to own product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank.\nThis role is for builders who can understand users, define product direction, work with engineering and design, launch fast and keep improving after release.\nWhat You'll Own\nOwn product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.\n\nDefine user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans.\n\nWork with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams.\n\nTurn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.\n\nUse data, feedback, research and production issues to improve product decisions.\n\nLaunch features, monitor performance and drive iterations.\n\nMake trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience as Product Engineer, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.\n\nStrong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.\n\nAble to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.\n\nComfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post-launch learning.\n\nStrong writing, prioritization and stakeholder management.\n\nHigh ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.\n\nExperience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high-growth products is a strong advantage.\n\nThe Kind of Builder We Want\nStarts from user problems, not feature lists.\n\nCan make decisions with incomplete information.\n\nKnows how to ship quickly and learn after launch.\n\nWorks well with engineering without hiding behind process.\n\nHonest about what changed because of their work versus wider team effort.\n\nThis Role Is Not For\nPeople who only write decks and do not drive execution.\n\nPMs who cannot work deeply with engineering.\n\nCandidates who need perfect data before making decisions.\n\nPeople who launch features and then stop caring.\n\nPMs who exaggerate business impact without understanding attribution.\n\nLocation\nThis role is based in Malaysia. This is a hybrid role. You are expected to work from our Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.\nLanguage\nEnglish is our main working language across global teams.
