Today, it's the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for Product Leads to build and own major product areas within Doit.\nYou will work closely with the Founder, engineers and designers to decide what we build, how we build it and how we make it better.\nYou should have strong product judgement, technical depth and the ability to move from an idea to a working product quickly.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn products across spending, saving, investing, exchange, travel and other financial services.\n\nIdentify problems worth solving and decide what to build.\n\nDefine product requirements, priorities and success metrics.\n\nTake products from idea to launch.\n\nWork closely with engineers on architecture, APIs, data, technical constraints and trade-offs.\n\nWork closely with designers on user journeys and product experience.\n\nUse AI to build simpler and smarter financial products.\n\nReview user behaviour and product data and improve the product continuously.\n\nMake decisions quickly and keep execution moving.\n\nOwn the quality and results of what you build.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong technical background. Engineering or computer science experience is preferred.\n\nAble to understand software architecture, APIs, data flows and engineering trade-offs.\n\nAble to prototype, work with technical tools and use AI to build and test ideas.\n\nStrong product judgement and attention to detail.\n\nExperience building and launching digital products.\n\nAble to turn unclear problems into clear product decisions.\n\nStrong understanding of UX and user behaviour.\n\nComfortable working directly with engineers and designers.\n\nComfortable making decisions with incomplete information.\n\nHigh ownership and speed.\n\nExperience in consumer technology, fintech, AI or financial products is a plus.\n\nYou Should Be Someone Who\nBuilds, not just manages.\n\nGoes deep into product and technical details.\n\nCan challenge engineers and be challenged by them.\n\nMakes decisions and moves.\n\nTalks to users and looks at data.\n\nSimplifies complicated problems.\n\nQuestions assumptions.\n\nTakes ownership from idea to result.\n\nDoes whatever is needed to ship a great product.\n\nInterview Process\nOnline assessment or practical task\n\nRole-specific interview\n\nFounder / final round\n\nFor strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and make an offer within 1 week.
