Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to help scale our hiring.\nYou will be responsible for keeping hiring operations running efficiently across multiple functions and markets. This includes interview coordination, ATS management, candidate communication, reporting, recruiter support, and maintaining high-quality hiring processes.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and takes pride in execution and attention to detail.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nCoordinate interviews across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.\n\nManage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.\n\nMaintain ATS data quality, workflows, and hiring records.\n\nTrack hiring pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.\n\nSupport recruiter and hiring manager operations.\n\nPrepare hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics.\n\nIdentify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.\n\nHelp maintain a high-quality candidate experience.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nExperience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.\n\nStrong organisational and project management skills.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-through.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfortable working with ATS platforms and spreadsheets.\n\nHigh ownership and willingness to take initiative.\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products in the world are built by small, highly capable teams.\nWe operate with high talent density, high ownership and high standards.
