Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nIf you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.\nWhat You Will Do\nCreative Direction & Motion Design\nLead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising\n\nConceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives\n\nMaintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputs\n\nElevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling\n\nCollaboration & Leadership\nWork closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content\n\nMentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projects\n\nPartner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content\n\nPresent design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively\n\nTechnical & Workflow Mastery\nOversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence\n\nDevelop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline production\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely delivery\n\nTroubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain quality\n\nTrend & Innovation\nStay at the forefront of motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools\n\nExperiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats\n\nContinuously push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s new brand\n\nWhat You Bring\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field\n\n5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production\n\nExpert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)\n\nStrong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition\n\nProven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes\n\nExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skills\n\nPortfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work\n\nOur Team & Culture\nLean, high-output team that moves fast and expects the same from each other\n\nEveryone contributes meaningfully, thinks like an owner, and raises the bar\n\nClarity, execution, and iteration drive everything we do\n\nResults, speed, and ownership matter more than titles\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote, but candidates must be based in Singapore.
