requirements and success metrics for assigned product areas\n\nIdentify user needs and translate them into product features, workflows and specifications\n\nEvaluate technical approaches with engineering, balancing performance, reliability, usability and development effort\n\nLead product development from planning and design through testing, launch and improvement\n\nAnalyse user behaviour, product performance and experiments to improve adoption, engagement and retention\n\nAssess market opportunities, competing products and user feedback to guide product priorities\n\nWhat You'll Need\n5+ years of product management experience, including shipping technology products\n\nStrong system design knowledge and the ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability and performance trade-offs\n\nAbility to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints\n\nExperience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration\n\nAbility to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost and time-to-market when making product decisions\n\nProven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention or business outcomes through shipped products\n\nStrong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics and making investment decisions based on evidence\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with distributed systems, complex integrations\n\nExperience with AI/ML products or LLM-based applications\n\nExperience with workflow automation or other technically demanding
