Your work focuses on reliability, performance, and real-time behavior in production desktop applications.\nFocus\nBuild and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Electron.\n\nDesign responsive and scalable UIs for real-time collaboration.\n\nImplement desktop-specific functionality including file system access, native notifications, auto-updates, and deep linking.\n\nIntegrate AI-powered features (chat, agents, AI assistance) via backend APIs.\n\nOptimize startup time, memory usage, and runtime performance.\n\nProfile and reduce Electron overhead.\n\nManage large local state and message history efficiently.\n\nEnsure smooth real-time updates (messages, typing indicators, presence).\n\nMaintain stability across macOS and Windows environments.\n\nIdeal Experiences\nProven software engineering experience.\n\nHands-on experience building production Electron applications.\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\nExperience with React or similar UI frameworks.\n\nSolid understanding of the desktop application lifecycle.\n\nExperience with IPC communication.\n\nExperience working with local storage (SQLite, IndexedDB, filesystem).\n\nExperience with WebSockets or other real-time transport mechanisms.\n\nStrong debugging and performance profiling skills.\n\nFamiliarity with native OS behaviors on macOS or Windows.\n\nTech Stack\nElectron\n\nNode.js\n\nTypescript\n\nSQl & noSQL\n\nHow We Work\nThe best products today in the world were built by small, world class teams.
