Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK continues to scale globally.\nThis is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring priorities, and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes. You will have exposure to a wide range of functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, and other business-critical teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across multiple functions and locations.\n\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and business priorities.\n\nSource, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.\n\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.\n\nConduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.\n\nCoordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n\nProvide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights to hiring managers and stakeholders.\n\nSupport recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities where required.\n\nCollaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business leaders to achieve hiring goals across the organization.\n\nThe Right Fit Has\n2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Staffing, or a related field.\n\nProven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.\n\nExperience recruiting across multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, or other corporate functions.\n\nStrong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and execution.\n\nComfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities and ambitious hiring goals.\n\nDemonstrates ownership, resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.\n\nExperience in technology companies, startups, recruitment agencies, or high-growth organizations is highly preferred.\n\nFluency in English is required.
