You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into visually engaging, on-brand video content for multiple platforms. This role requires strong technical editing skills, a good sense of storytelling, and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities\nEditing & Post-Production\nEdit raw video footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).\n\nPerform color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling to enhance overall video quality.\n\nMaintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all content.\n\nEnsure all final outputs meet platform specifications and are optimized for engagement and reach.\n\nCreative Collaboration\nWork closely with the Videographer, Creative, and Social Media teams to bring storyboards and concepts to life.\n\nProvide creative input on visual direction, pacing, and storytelling.\n\nSupport weekly content production cycles -
