Work schedule will be from 8am to 3pm Monday through Thursday.\nResponsibilities:\nPlan exciting events for the office and company.\nCultivate the office culture for internal and external clients.\nWork alongside all admins throughout the company to create a consistent and exciting office experience.\nOwn the incoming and outgoing mail and package deliver process for the office.\nFill out letters of transmittal as needed.\nMaintain the office kitchen and conference rooms, ensuring a high level of detail for a presentable office space.\nAssist with ordering insurance certificates as needed.\nAssist accounting with invoice backup.\nHelp with miscellaneous projects and tasks for the office and company as needed.\nRequirements\n Excellent organizational skills.\n Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite \n Self - starter\n Strong communication skills\n 1-3 years applicable experience supporting an office with administrative duties. Strong preference for those with experience in the AEC industry.\n Physical Demands:\nMust be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.\nWork Conditions:\nExposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be required.\nBenefits\nThe typical base salary range for this position is $27.27 - $33.33 an hour and will vary depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
