The team’s mission is to support strategic decision-making of our different business units in Western Europe, including Carpooling, BlaBlaCar Buses, and more recently Train! We do so by delivering reports, producing analyses, building dashboards and running financial models.\nWe also help steer the company’s strategy more broadly, in particular by supporting the Sustainability and Marketing department.\nYour role as an intern will be to deliver strategic analyses and reporting tools to help the teams improve both performance and user experience.\nYour responsibilities\nBuilding a strong understanding of the key levers impacting our carpool & train performance and recommend actions to improve our operations\n\nBuilding positive and trustful relationship with business teams to identify their needs, challenges and opportunities\n\nImproving our current reporting framework and deliver reports using Tableau software\n\nSupporting the Western Europe team on ad-hoc analyses\n\nContributing to develop our ESG analytical tools to support the Sustainability manager\nYour qualifications\nYou are currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School seeking a 6-month internship starting January 2027\n\n1 to 2 previous internship experiences in consulting, finance, business intelligence or other relevant analytical position\n\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills, you love numbers and like to think “outside the box”\n\nExcellent communication skills: ability/experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly\n\nSolid knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation programs (e.g. Google Slides)\n\nThorough attention to details\n\nFull working proficiency in English, knowledge of French is nice to have\n\nFit with our BlaBlaPrinciples\n\nNice to have: proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau) and SQL (or eager to learn)\n\nHaving an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
