This role applies NASI PMO standards and methodologies to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Follow Safe Work Practices that conform with the Company’s Safety Program and client worksite policies ensuring that every person on the team Stays Accident Free Every-day.\nPromote company Core Values to foster and safeguard Company culture.\nProvides support to project managers for change orders, project logs, daily reports, RFI’s, scope verification, etc.\nAssists with cost control and financial management tracking\nCoordinates scope of work - daily work projections \nPreparing submittals\nReview and compile pay applications, change requests, and project financial documentation\nPartners with Project manager to craft responses to client requests - correspondence as required\nAssists in contract administration\nAssists in employee time and recordkeeping\nAssists in coordinating work with other project team members - construction managers, quality specialists, safety, etc.\nParticipates in meetings to coordinate work\nDevelops and maintains resource information on products, vendors, subcontractors, government requirements, etc.\nSecure material orders, assist superintendents with material orders\nPerforms other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nDegree: Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, other STEM based degree programs. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nExperience: 1-3 years’ experience in construction\nGood computer skills\nProficient in Windows, SharePoint, Excel, power point and Word - basic knowledge and use\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAccountability: Takes ownership, understands the broader organizational goals, and contributes to continuous improvement.\n\nAttention to Detail: Produces accurate, high-quality work and maintains organized, well-structured documentation.\n\nCustomer Focus: Delivers responsive, high-quality service with an understanding of both internal and external customer impacts.\n\nInterpersonal Skills: Communicates professionally, uses tact and diplomacy, and remains composed under pressure.\n\nResults Driven: Sets high-performance standards and demonstrates persistence and urgency in meeting goals.\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nThis position is not expected to be assigned resources to direct.\nWork Location and Travel:\nOn project site daily with up to 15% travel\n\nWhy Black Box?
