Weekly Dashboard Development & Management\nDevelop and maintain executive and operational dashboards.\n\nConsolidate data from multiple systems and stakeholders into centralized dashboards.\n\nTrack key performance indicators including:\nRevenue and sales pipeline performance\n\nProject delivery milestones and risk tracking\n\nService performance and SLA compliance\n\nCustomer satisfaction metrics\n\nResource utilization and operational efficiency\n\nProvide weekly dashboard updates to leadership and management teams.\n\nHighlight performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nRecommend corrective actions based on dashboard insights.\n\n5. Data Analysis & Business Insights\nPerform data analysis to identify business trends and operational gaps.\n\nSupport forecasting and business planning through data modelling.\n\nProvide decision support through analytics and insights.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\n\n6.
