This role ensures a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience while maintaining site access and workforce readiness requirements.\nPosition Details:\nHourly position based upon experience & skill level\nContract with possible contract extension or hire\nStandard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm (Saturdays when needed)\nLocation: Customer Site - Holly Ridge, LA 71269\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkforce Mobilization\nManage end-to-end onboarding for all new hires and contractors.\nCoordinate workforce ramp-up activities during project phases.\nTrack onboarding schedules and hiring forecasts.\nPre-Employment Processes\nOversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, and employment documentation.\nEnsure completion of all required onboarding paperwork.\nVerify certifications, licenses, and training credentials.\nSite Access & Credentialing\nCoordinate site badging and access requirements.\nManage workforce credentialing processes.\nEnsure compliance with security protocols and site-specific requirements.\nOrientation & Training\nFacilitate new hire orientation programs.\nCoordinate safety training and compliance certifications.\nPartner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness.\nCompliance & Audit Management\nMaintain onboarding records and compliance documentation.\nPrepare onboarding audit reports.\nMonitor onboarding KPIs including completion rates and time-to-productivity.\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelors Degree in Administrative or Human Resource major preferred\n5-7 Years HR and Onboarding experience in a construction or manufacturing industry\nSelf starter with a drive for continual learning\nDrive to take initiative\nHR Certifications preferred\nThis job description is designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee; it is not meant to be all-inclusive for any one position.
