Responsibilities\nPayroll Management\nOwn end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees (corporate, field, and project-based workforce) \nEnsure accurate and timely payroll execution (bi-weekly/monthly cycles) \nManage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions \nPartner with Finance to reconcile payroll data, general ledger, and reporting \nHandle payroll audits, discrepancies, and employee escalations \nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws \nEnsure compliance with tax regulations, wage laws, and reporting requirements \nPrepare and validate payroll reports, audits, and filings \nMaintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews \nTrack and report payroll metrics and trends using Microsoft Excel and Power BI \nOversee employee data changes impacting payroll (job changes, compensation updates) \nPartner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on onboarding/offboarding payroll inputs \nEnsure data integrity between HRIS and payroll systems \nSupport benefits deductions, leave of absence tracking, and timekeeping systems \nIdentify and implement payroll process improvements and automation opportunities \nStreamline workflows between HR, Finance, and Payroll \nImprove accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee experience \nAct as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries and escalations \nPartner with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations \nProvide guidance on payroll policies, procedures, and best practices \n7+ years of experience in payroll or HR operations with strong payroll ownership \nProven experience managing multi-state payroll in the U.S. \nStrong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and wage laws \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation) \nExperience with payroll systems\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy\nExperience supporting field-based or hourly workforce (technicians, project teams) \nExperience with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau \nExperience in a global or multi-country payroll environment \nCPP (Certified
