Diagnose and resolve network and security issues affecting client operations.\nDeployment and Configuration: Plan, execute, and manage the deployment of network devices and security solutions, including configuration, testing, and integration into existing networks.\nIncident Management: Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and maintain thorough documentation of all processes and solutions.\nClient Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their technical issues, provide regular updates, and ensure their practical solutions meet their needs.\nContinuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new technology and approaches to enhance operational excellence and security posture.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience: 2+years of relevant experience in networking and security.\nSkills:\nTroubleshooting: Exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve network issues using industry-standard and specialized tools.
