Here, you’ll join a purpose driven culture built on shared ownership, accountability, and a commitment to surpassing expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Execution\nLead day-to-day construction management using established PMO standards and methodologies.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.\n\nOversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.\n\nIdentifyand manage change events, applying best practice change management processes.\n\nSafety, Quality & Compliance\nEnforce safety protocols, procedures, and site standards across all project activities.\n\nEnsure quality control through consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting.\n\nMaintain adherence to construction technology platforms, building codes, and industry standards.\n\nFinancial & Contract Management\nUtilize construction accounting principles to support cost forecasting, budget analysis, and financial reporting.\n\nManage contracting and delivery methods including lump sum, cost-plus, GMP, design build, and time & material.\n\nMonitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.\n\nStakeholder Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly and confidently.\n\nPrepare presentations and lead briefings for both small and large groups.\n\nProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement\nAnticipate issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of conflicts.\n\nApply data driven insights to influence decisions and optimize project performance.\n\nPromote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.\n\nRequirements\nProficient in using data and analytics to support informed decision making.\n\nExtensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements.\n\nStrong understanding of estimating engineering principles and construction methodologies.\n\nExperience with change management processes and documentation.\n\nSolid understanding of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and budgeting.\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-drivenwith the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.\n\nProficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nMinimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.\n\nPrior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects highly preferred.\n\nExperience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, designbuild, fixed price, etc.).\n\nPreferred certifications:\n\nOSHA 30\n\nBICSI RCDD\n\nBICSI RTPM\n\nPMIPMP\n\nProficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms.\n\nWhy Black Box?\nBlack Box is a leading global technology solutions provider with 2,500+ team members across 24 countries.
