procedural adherence, audits, and correct routing of out-of-scope work\n\nFinancial & Contract Management\nApply project management accounting practices to support forecasting, budget reviews, and financial reporting\n\nManage contracting and delivery methods including lump sum, cost-plus, GMP, design build, and time & material\n\nMonitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures\n\nStakeholder Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal teams, cross functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly and confidently\n\nPrepare presentations and lead briefings for both small and large groups\n\nActive monitoring of communication portals\n\nOwn service delivery by managing resource utilization, coordinating onboarding and training, and enforcing accountability to standards\n\nBuild trusted stakeholder relationships and represent field needs to drive tooling and process improvements\n\nProvides status reporting: roadmap updates, risks, mitigation plans, and critical changes communicated on a regular cadence\n\nFacilitates cross-functional understanding of estimating engineering principles and construction methodologies\n\nExperience with change management processes and documentation\n\nSolid understanding of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and budgeting\n\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs\n\nProficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms\n\nIn-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure and emerging technologies\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach\n\nAbility to work independently and make informed decisions\n\nWillingness to travel as needed to support project requirements\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in construction/project management in a leadership role, with a data center focus\n\nExperience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects\n\nExperience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, design build, fixed price, etc.)\n\nExceptional leadership skills to guide and inspire diverse teams\n\nUnion EnvironmentExperience working in Union environments, particularly with IBEW technicians\nComfortable assisting in managing both direct hires vs subcontractor teams\n\nPreferred Certifications\nOSHA 30(must possess within 60 days of
