The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.\nPosition Details:\nHourly position based upon experience & skill level\nContract with possible contract extension or hire\nStandard work hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm\nLocation: Fully Onsite - Headquarters office - 2701 North Dallas Parkway, Suite #510, Plano, TX 75093\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.\nDevelop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.\nScreen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.\nProvide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.\nCoordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.\nChampion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in full-cycle data center recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume (30-60 hires per month) recruitment.\nRecruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired\nPrefer knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP/OSP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments\nProven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.\nExpertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThis job description is designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, and responsibilities that are required of the employee; it is not meant to be all-inclusive for any one position.
