This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently within defined timelines and budgets. Reporting and Data Analyst duties will be required for this role to assemble and maintain Reports for KPIs, Audits and other Strategic Initiatives.\n\n* Description for Internal Candidates\n\nResponsibilities:\nCreate and Maintain Reports to be used for KPI Tracking, Dashboard Creation and other PMO related data points.\nManage and oversee smaller projects with a value below $100K, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.\nPerform end-to-end Project LCM activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nTrack project deliverables, timelines, and budgets while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments.\nEnsure compliance with project governance and quality standards.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices.\nAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.\nFacilitate project meetings and provide actionable insights for decision-making.\nSupport change management initiatives to align with evolving business needs.\nFoster collaborative working relationships within operations and across all levels and departments of the organization to execute project coordination activities and company priorities.\nAchieve performance targets established by leadership for applicable Key Performance Indicators.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management within IT/Infrastructure or related industries.\nProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow.\nStrong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting techniques.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.\nExcellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring overall quality of delivery.\nStrong analytical skills including requirements documentation, troubleshooting and creative problem solving.\nExperience in risk management and mitigation strategies.\nCompetence in preparing project reports and stakeholder presentations.\nWorking knowledge of procurement and vendor coordination processes.\nFamiliarity with financial tracking and cost control within project constraints.\nUnderstanding of compliance and governance processes in project execution.\nExcellent communication skills, both written/verbal customized for the U.S. market.\nProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, etc.\nHighly skilled in Microsoft
