Role also involves looking at the bigger picture and determining how the initiative at hand has an impact on other projects/ programs/ initiatives.\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the BI/IT team to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\nWork closely with business functions (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Operations) to define KPIs, success metrics, and reporting needs.\nGuide Power BI developers and SQL engineers by providing business context, data definitions, and logic validations.\nEnsure delivery of high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and insights that drive business outcomes.\nPerform data validation, UAT coordination, and gap analysis.\nDrive adoption and change management efforts by training business users and ensuring value realization from analytics solutions.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of BI delivery processes and data governance practices.\n5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI/Data Analytics or related domains.\nProven ability to work with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Delivery functions.\nStrong knowledge of Power BI -
