accuracy including runbooks, coordination plans, and execution reports.\nSupport utilization, status, and operational reporting requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 2 to 4 years of experience in technical coordination, infrastructure support, or international call center environments.\nStrong understanding of infrastructure devices and network fundamentals.\nKnowledge of router, switch, and access point installation processes.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with global stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and ownership mindset.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\nWillingness to work in a 24/7 work environment supporting US business hours.\nCertifications such as ITIL, CCNA, A+, or similar infrastructure-related certifications are
