BOXX Modular rents, leases and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. BOXX Modular is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team in Mid-West, US. This is a remote position.

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability goals within their assigned geographic region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and play a key role in the success of the company.

The ideal candidate is a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with 5+ years of proven success in consultative selling across diverse industries. They are a strategic business developer who thrives on prospecting, solving customer needs, closing complex deals, and building long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a branch marketing and business development plan that focuses on penetrating concentrated markets for new business

• Attain annual business plan

• Daily prospecting and lead development of new customers; source public bid opportunities for commercial modular projects

• Account management to maintain existing customers and obtain renewals or repeat business, including routinely visiting on-lease buildings with current customers

• Clearly define the project scope with the customer and relay this information to the Operations Manager to obtain vendor pricing; perform preliminary site inspections to define scope

• Creation of the Bid Sheet within Salesforce and with the Operations Manager

• Development of pricing strategy with the approval of the SVP of Sales

• Creating detailed and complex sales proposals and negotiating with customers to close deals

• Support day-to-day operational issues to provide exceptional customer service

• Assist with collection on accounts as needed

• Completion of annual Customer Needs Analysis

• Prepare written marketing and sales reports as required

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven success in consultative selling

• Experience selling to a variety of industries, including construction, education, energy, government/military, and more

• Commercial Modular sales/rental experience is a plus

• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex sales opportunities

• Strong business acumen with an understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a strong asset

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach
