This is a remote position.\nThe Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales and profitability goals within their assigned geographic region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop new business, grow existing accounts, and play a key role in the success of the company.\nThe ideal candidate is a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with 5+ years of proven success in consultative selling across diverse industries. They are a strategic business developer who thrives on prospecting, solving customer needs, closing complex deals, and building long-term partnerships.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and execute a branch marketing and business development plan that focuses on penetrating concentrated markets for new business\n\nAttain annual business plan\n\nDaily prospecting and lead development of new customers; source public bid opportunities for commercial modular projects\n\nAccount management to maintain existing customers and obtain renewals or repeat business, including routinely visiting on-lease buildings with current customers\n\nClearly define the project scope with the customer and relay this information to the Operations Manager to obtain vendor pricing; perform preliminary site inspections to define scope\n\nCreation of the Bid Sheet within Salesforce and with the Operations Manager\n\nDevelopment of pricing strategy with the approval of the SVP of Sales\n\nCreating detailed and complex sales proposals and negotiating with customers to close deals\n\nSupport day-to-day operational issues to provide exceptional customer service\n\nAssist with collection on accounts as needed\n\nCompletion of annual Customer Needs Analysis\n\nPrepare written marketing and sales reports as required\n\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of proven success in consultative selling\n\nExperience selling to a variety of industries, including construction, education, energy, government/military, and more\n\nCommercial Modular sales/rental experience is a plus\n\nStrong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple accounts and complex sales opportunities\n\nStrong business acumen with an understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nProficiency with Salesforce CRM is a strong asset\n\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach\n\nBOXX Modular is a subsidiary of Black Diamond Group.
