This is a hybrid position requiring extensive travel in this assigned region.\nReporting to the Branch Manager the Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth within the petrochemical, energy, refining, and industrial sectors across the Northeast Region.\nThe ideal candidate is a results-driven business development professional with 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the, industrial, construction, or modular space industries. They excel at building strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nResearch and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and industry reports.\nBuild and maintain relationships with key customers in industries like construction, energy, government, and healthcare.\nPromote BOXX Modular as a preferred vendor and leverage technology to manage sales activities.\nDemonstrate product knowledge and provide technical sales and service support.\nRespond to and resolve product inquiries and issues in a timely manner.\nHandle incoming sales calls and walk-in business when needed.\nPrepare competitive quotations and contracts, adhering to company policies.\nTrack sales and rental progress using Salesforce CRM and update customer profiles.\nEnsure customer satisfaction post-sale and follow up on payment collections.\nParticipate in trade shows and industry events to promote BOXX Modular products.\nManage and track operational and business development expenditures.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications\nA bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset, and or a combination of education and/or proven inside sales experience.\n3+ years of selling experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, education, energy, and government/military.\nRental sales experience a strong asset.\nStrong full-cycle sales development skills (deals can range from 1 week to 1 year in duration).\nExperience in the Modular Structures industry is a strong asset.\nProven success with making sales and relationship building.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a heavy focus on integrity.\nAbility to flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere with high-energy people.\nBe results-oriented.\nAbility to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand;\nAbility to pass pre-employment criminal records check.\nBOXX Modular is a business unit of Black Diamond Group.
