Black Kite is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team.\nAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the engine of our growth. You'll be the first point of contact in our sales cycle, responsible for identifying and engaging with decision-makers at target companies and fueling the pipeline for our Account Executives. Compensation at Black Kite extends well beyond base pay - our total rewards program includes performance-based bonuses, equity, flexible healthcare options, paid time off, and retirement savings.
