Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nEnter timesheets, process expenses, and maintain document controls\nImplement inventory procedures and manage ordering, returns, and stock levels\nCoordinate vendor relations and process invoices and purchase orders\nAssist in proposal preparation and support change order documentation\nManage and maintain customer inventory control systems (e.g., WASP)\nMonitor inventory losses and support loss-prevention initiatives\nMaintain office supplies, equipment servicing, and administrative systems\nPrepare reports and support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards\nSchedule facility usage, vendor services, and internal coordination\nMonitor work order compliance through the CMMS system\nTrack subcontractor purchase orders and liaise with legal for approvals\nMaintain and update electronic and manual databases, mailing lists, and inventories\nSupport audits and inspections by organizing required documentation\nCoordinate internal communications and respond to facility-related inquiries\nPerform other administrative duties as required to support operations\nCOMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS\nCommunicates Effectively\nCustomer Focus\nHolds Self and Others Accountable\nTeamwork and Collaboration\nValues and Respects Others\nEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma\nDegree or Diploma in Office Administration or related would be considered an asset\nWORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n5 years in an office environment in an administrative role\n1-2 years of experience in inventory control or equivalent\nExperience in the construction sector is considered an asset\nSKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS\nProficient knowledge and understanding of:\nOrganization and time management\nWork well under pressure\nMeet all deadlines\nAbility to multitask\nProficient user of:\nMS Office (Word, Excel, Project)\nJD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system considered an asset\nKnowledge of an Inventory Management Software is an Asset (WASP, Fishbowl, or inflow, etc.)\nValid Ontario “G” Driver’s License is required\n\nThe expected salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $65,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
