The role provides leadership over lifecycle planning, project delivery, asset management, inventory management, vendor performance, capital forecasting, and project governance while ensuring safe execution, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and positive financial outcomes.\nThe position acts as the primary liaison between Black & McDonald, the client, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for all lifecycle planning and project delivery activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLifecycle Planning & Asset Management\nLead lifecycle planning, asset management, capital forecasting, and renewal programs.\nMaintain asset inventories, condition assessments, and lifecycle forecasts.\nDevelop business cases and support capital planning and investment decisions.\nProject Delivery\nManage lifecycle, capital, infrastructure, and operational projects from planning through completion.\nDevelop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary liaison for lifecycle and project delivery activities.\nBuild and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.\nLead project meetings, communications, and performance reporting.\nContract Administration & Compliance\nManage project documentation, controls, governance, and contractual deliverables.\nMaintain P3 compliance, reporting, records, and audit-ready documentation.\nSupport claims, contract administration, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nHealth, Safety & Risk Management\nPromote and enforce health, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.\nLead risk mitigation, shutdown planning, and commissioning activities.\nFoster a strong safety culture across all projects and contractors.\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nLead procurement, tendering, contract awards, and vendor negotiations.\nManage contractor and supplier performance to ensure quality, safety, and value.\nInventory & Financial Management\nOversee critical inventory programs, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\nManage project financial performance, change control, and capital expenditure planning.\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive improvements in lifecycle planning, project delivery, asset performance, and operational efficiency.\nPromote best practices in project management, asset management, and healthcare facilities operations.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline;
