Working closely with Project Managers and field teams, you'll help keep projects safe, on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\nSupporting Project Managers to ensure project objectives, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements are achieved\nAssisting with project reporting and ensuring client reports and invoices are submitted accurately and on time\nPromoting and complying with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures\nAssisting with construction schedules, milestones, and project tracking to maintain momentum and meet deadlines\nCompleting quantity take-offs from construction drawings and tracking as-built quantities\nSupporting contract preparation and assisting with revisions, changes, and negotiations involving clients, suppliers, and subcontractors\nAssisting with budget analysis, cost forecasting, margin projections, and change management\nSupporting quality control initiatives and continuous improvement efforts\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders\nPreparing progress reports and communicating project status updates\nCoordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution\nManaging project documentation and document control processes\nPurchasing materials and supplies required to support project delivery\nWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT\nYou're a motivated professional who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with teams, and keeping projects moving forward.\nQualifications:\nDegree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of Project Coordination experience within the construction industry\n2-4 years of experience working on MTO and/or Utilities projects is considered a strong asset\nREADY TO SUCCEED? The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
