Black Sheep Coffee are ready to take down big corporate brands and rid the world of boring, average tasting coffee.\nWe are seeking unique, enthusiastic Barista’s with a background in fast-paced customer service roles who are ready to hit the ground running with our dynamic and progressive company.\nWhat You’ll Do\n· Make amazing coffee and products - dial in the perfect espresso, pour eye-catching latte art, and serve quality food and drinks every time.\n· Deliver unforgettable customer service - provide a friendly, genuine customer experience that keeps guests coming back.\n· Thrive in a fast-paced environment - work with speed and efficiency during peak periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.\n· Be a true team player - Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager on Duty, help train new baristas and communicate clearly and calmly during every shift.\n· Take pride in the details - maintain a clean, safe workspace and represent the brand with positivity and professionalism. Complete daily and shift-based cleaning, food prep, compliance checklists.\nWhat We're Looking For\n· A positive attitude and strong communication skills\n· Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment\n· Previous coffee or food service experience is a plus, but not required\n· Flexible availability, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
