Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.\n\n- Institute state of the art hosting platforms, promote technology sharing and leverage operating environments to achieve greater cost efficiency.\n\n- Lead and develop an effective engineering team through collaboration, communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.\n\n- Create a sustainable and high performing Engineering organization that is focused on improving compliance to shared OKRs and customer experience.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n- A strategic leader with deep knowledge of the financial services industry and global marketplace.\n\n- Subject matter expert in Kubernetes and DevSecOps Practices.\n\n- Experience with solution design for technical platforms within a complex industry. Strong hands-on skills in Java based micro-service architectures.\n\n- Ability to write testable, maintainable code including Unit and Regression Tests.\n\n- Hands-on experience with container orchestration.
