You will play a key role in client engagement, project delivery, team leadership, and business development. \nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers, overseeing all day-to-day people management responsibilities.\nDrive team performance, utilisation, and project delivery in line with business targets.\nContribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development in Singapore.\nProject & Technical Delivery\nProvide senior technical leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.\nLead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring client requirements are met on time, within scope, and within budget.\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships across developers, contractors, and consultants.\nOversee design reviews, technical compliance, and coordination across disciplines.\nCommercial & Financial Management\nTake ownership of project financial performance, including cost control, profitability, and risk management.\nLead feasibility studies, prepare and review fee proposals, and support bid submissions.\nMonitor team financials (utilisation, revenue, margins) and take corrective action where required.\nBusiness Development & Strategy\nSupport the growth of B&W Engineering in Singapore by contributing to client development and market expansion.\nIdentify new business opportunities within the data centre and mission-critical sectors.\nRepresent the company in industry forums and client engagements.\nLeadership Contribution\nAct as a key member of the Singapore leadership team.\nContribute to strategic planning, operational excellence, and regional alignment.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BSc or equivalent).\nChartered Engineer status (CEng, PE Singapore, or equivalent) preferred.\nMinimum 10–15 years’ experience in mechanical (MEP) design consultancy.\nProven experience delivering complex MEP projects, ideally in: Data Centres / Mission Critical Facilities, Commercial or large-scale infrastructure projects\nStrong knowledge of relevant
