You will play a key role in engineering design, project delivery, coordination, and client engagement while supporting team development and business growth initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineering & Project Delivery\nDeliver high-quality mechanical (MEP) design solutions across all project stages.\nSupport end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outputs meet client requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.\nUndertake detailed design calculations, system sizing, and technical documentation.\nParticipate in design reviews and ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes.\nCoordinate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.\nTechnical Excellence\nProvide technical input and guidance within project teams.\nEnsure designs align with industry best practices and local regulatory requirements (e.g. BCA, SS standards).\nContribute to innovation in engineering solutions, particularly in mission-critical/data centre environments.\nReview and check design work produced by junior engineers.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nSupport client engagement on projects, maintaining strong working relationships.\nAttend client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.\nCollaborate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\nAct as a reliable technical point of contact for assigned projects.\nTeam Support & Development\nMentor and support junior engineers and graduates in their professional development.\nContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.\nAssist with internal resource planning and coordination as required.\nCommercial Awareness\nSupport project managers in monitoring project scope, timelines, and cost controls.\nAssist in preparing technical inputs for proposals and bid submissions.\nMaintain awareness of project commercial drivers and contribute to efficient delivery.\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/BSc or equivalent).\nWorking towards or holding Chartered Engineer status (CEng, PE Singapore, or equivalent) preferred.\nTypically 3–7 years of experience in mechanical (MEP) design consultancy.\nProven experience delivering complex projects, ideally in: Data Centres / Mission Critical Facilities, Commercial developments, Large-scale infrastructure projects\nStrong knowledge of relevant design standards and Singapore regulations (e.g. BCA, SS standards).\nProficiency in design tools such as Revit, IES, or
