You’ll own the strategy for the Blackbaud Community and Champions program, creating engaging experiences, developing advocates, and using insights to continuously improve how customers participate and connect with Blackbaud.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn the strategy for Blackbaud Community and the Champions advocacy program, creating a connected experience that grows customer engagement and advocacy\nGrow and support an active customer community through engaging campaigns, communications, member-led user groups, moderation and effective member support\nIdentify and develop customers into Champions, speakers, reviewers, references and storytellers, building trusted relationships throughout their advocacy journey\nPartner across Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Events, Brand and other teams to connect community and advocacy activity with wider business priorities\nDefine and track measures of community health and advocacy impact, using data alongside automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve programs, processes and governance\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience in community management, customer advocacy, customer marketing or customer success, with the depth to take ownership of customer-facing programs\nExperience managing an enterprise customer community or an advocacy, champion or reference program, with a working understanding of how the other supports the customer journey\nStrong relationship-building and influencing skills, with experience working effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders\nConfidence prioritizing in an agile environment and using engagement and program data to inform decisions and improve outcomes\nA collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to create clear connections between customer needs, community engagement and advocacy opportunities\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube\nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
