You should be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to creatively solve problems and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCollaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build and maintainvirtual training sandbox environments using technologies like .NET Core, C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, and REST APIs.\n\nDevelop and maintaindatabase and lab environments to support training needs, ensuring system health, reliability, and security.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues, including customer support escalations.\n\nTrack and document environment access, procedures, and configurations across Blackbaud software training solutions.\n\nCoordinate with Curriculum Leads, Delivery Leads, Operations, IT, and external experts to meet installand environment requirements.\n\nContribute toCI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (Azure DevOps, Azure PaaS).\n\nMaintain integrations between core systems (e.g., Docebo Learn, Workday, Blackbaud Engineering System).\n\nAdminister API documentation libraries using Swagger/OpenAPI(Swashbuckle).\n\nParticipate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to groom, plan, and deliver work; identifyand resolve defects and technical debt.\n\nImproveenvironment quality through standards, testing, monitoring, and proactive alerting.\n\nFollow standard operating procedures and maintainprocess documentation.\n\nCollaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.\n\nWhat we will want you to have:\nBS in Computer Science or related field.\n\n1-2 years of professional experience in software development.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell, C#, REST APIs, and web technologies.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, grooming).\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\n\nBasic understanding of relational databases and integration practices.\n\nExperience deploying code via CI/CD pipelines is a plus.\n\nExposure to Azure PaaS services and cloud environments preferred.\n\nExperience working with international engineering teams.\n\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
