In this role, you will become an expert in key internal systems and tools and/or a business area (like Professional Services, or Vertical Customer Success). You will create and deliver interactive courses to increase the knowledge and technical skills of our teams. The Technology Enablement Trainer will collaborate closely with our business teams, and other training experts, to deliver quality content that sets team members up to succeed through optimal use of systems and tools.\nWhat you will do:\nCollaborate with business area leaders and subject matter experts to understand and define training goals\n\nDesign and develop engaging and effective training courseware through scripting, narration, demonstration, graphics, and learning activities\n\nApply adult learning methodologies and techniques in course development\n\nLead virtual training sessions\n\nEdit, upload & organize content that you & others create in our learning management system\n\nCreate AI coaches to supplement training courses.\n\nMonitor training consumption & provide monthly reporting (with help from the reporting team) and recommendations for enablement based on consumption patterns\n\nPrioritize and manage projects to completion and meet desired milestones\n\nWhat you will bring:\n2-4 years of experience in corporate learning and development\n\nExperience working with business leaders and translating business goals into training requirements\n\nExceptional writing skills\n\nExperience creating training content and materials\n\nExperience using recording & editing tools, (Camtasia preferred)\n\nExperience using Docebo or other learning management systems\n\nProven project management skills\n\nBonus: Experience using Generative AI tools\n\nExpected working hours are 1:00 PM-10:00 PM IST, with occasional flexibility to support collaboration during U.S. East Coast business hours.\n\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
