This role will be responsible for processes related to the employee life cycle, HR data management and analysis, employee support, compliance activities, and employee engagement programs and employee experience.\nThe role requires close collaboration with cross-functional HR teams, including various HR COEs. The person in this role should have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, data and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various stakeholders. This role will be based out of Hyderabad.\nWhat you will do:\nManage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding documentation, leave tracking and reporting, payroll inputs, employee letters and queries, and offboarding activities.\nServe as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and practices, reimbursements, documentation, and people processes.\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.\nSupport compliance, audit readiness, statutory requirements, and process governance through accurate record-keeping and documentation controls.\nPlan and execute employee engagement programmes, events, and initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems and trackers, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Develop and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.\nSupport HR systems administration, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of people processes and operational excellence.\nWhat you will bring:\n5+ years of experience in HR operations and analytics.\nHands-on experience with Workday or a similar tier 1 global HCM is preferable.\nKnowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements is preferable.\nStrong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in managing data, creating dashboards, and reporting meaningful workforce metrics. \nExceptional attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with integrity.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills, and strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
