The Process Architect will partner across teams to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and protect the customer experience as the organization evolves.\nRole Summary\nThe Process Architectis responsible forimproving how Professional Services work gets planned, routed, delivered, and supported across teams. This role focuses on simplifyingprocesses, clarifying how work moves through the organization, and helping teams adopt consistent practices that improve efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.\nOperating Model & Process Design\nDefine end-to-end service delivery processes across implementation, optimization, and managed services\n\nCreate standardizedworkflowplaybooks and process maps\n\nEstablish clear handoffs across teams\n\nFront Office vs Back Office Segmentation\nDefine responsibilities between customer-facing and non-customer-facing roles\n\nEliminaterole duplication and ambiguity\n\nPartner with leadership to evolve role definitions\n\nGlobal WorkforceEnablement\nIdentifywork suitable fordifferent global teams\n\nDesign transition and ramp plans\n\nPartner withGloballeadership to ensure readiness and quality\n\nProcess Governance & Quality\nDefine KPIs including cycle time, quality, and customer impact\n\nEstablish governance models across global teams\n\nLead continuous improvement initiatives\n\nCapacity & Flow Optimization\nDesign workflows to balance global workloads\n\nReduce bottlenecks and inefficiencies\n\nDefine intake and routing processes\n\nAutomation & AI Enablement\nIdentifyrepeatable activities and manual handoffs that can be streamlined through automation or AI-supported workflows\n\nPartner with operations, enablement, technology,PMO, RMOand delivery leaders to pilot scalable automation opportunities\n\nTranslate process insights into practical AI use cases that improve quality, speed, consistency, and consultant experience\n\nEnsure automation supports customer experience, delivery quality, and responsible adoption practices\n\nChange Management & Adoption\nPartner with the PMO to drive adoption of new processes\n\nPartner with enablement for training\n\nAct as liaison between strategy and execution\n\nRequired Qualifications\n8-12 years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Operations\n\nExperience designing scalable delivery processes\n\nExperience with global delivery models\n\nStrong stakeholder influence and communication abilities\n\nThe role is based in Hyderabad and is on a “blended”/afternoon shift (1-10pm IST).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with India-based teams\n\nFamiliarity with PSA tools\n\nKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM frameworks\n\nExperience in SaaS or nonprofit technology environments\n\nSuccess Metrics\nSuccessful transition of delivery work to global teams\n\nImproved process consistency\n\nReduced delivery cycle time\n\nStandardized workflows with reduced escalation points\n\nBalancedutilizationacross teams\n\nMaintained or improved customer satisfaction\n\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
