This in an incredibly exciting and important role in the Platform group at Blackbaud; this product manager will be responsible for the platform and technical foundations that enable our data and machine learning business transformation, driving step-function improvements in customer outcomes, automation, delightful developer experiences, and higher product margins.\nWe're looking for someone with their eyes on the horizon - someone who's able to lay out a big idea and has the drive to make it happen. This individual will be the link between vertical market groups, Centers of Excellence, and our data and application engineering teams. They must understand how to balance customer needs with the needs of the business, demonstrating financial acumen and prudent decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nDriven leader, collaborator, and relationship builder whose can-do attitude inspires others in a fast-moving environment.\nOwns multiple product initiatives and leads teams from ideation through validation, delivery, and delight.\nLeads adoption of the data mesh framework throughout the organization.\nPartners with engineering teams to shape platform capabilities supporting data pipelines, ML workflows, MLOps practices, and developer productivity across the organization.\nCreates solutions that work for both the business and our customers.\nCommunicates and builds rapport with stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.\nWorks across engineering, design, program management, and other stakeholders to execute product strategy.\nProvides guidance on the prioritization of product backlogs to guide product teams in developing capabilities.\nQualifications\n8+ years' experience within Product Management\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience\nPrior experience in engineering, data engineering, or platform architecture roles, or as a technical product manager supporting internal engineering teams.\nDemonstrated experience building platform capabilities where engineering or analytical teams are the primary consumers.\nFamiliarity with MLOps concepts and platforms, including model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, monitoring, governance, or experimentation frameworks.\nYou are adept at driving results across cross-functional teams through influence.\nYou enjoy working with peers, stakeholders, and customers; you demonstrate strong communication and superb listening skills.\nYou have a proven ability to run multiple initiatives and are comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization.\nYou effectively prioritize and can support your decision-making through data and narrative.\nYou have a pragmatic understanding of technologies, systems, and tools in an ever-changing environment.\nExperience with agile development practices, methodologies, and tools.\nExperience with ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and adjacent data or ML platform tooling used to support analytics, ML experimentation, or model deployment is a plus.\nAble to work flexible hours as required by business priorities \nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
