In this role, you will serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.\nYou will manage high-impact implementation projects that require exceptional communication, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive accountability across multiple teams, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within scope.\nAs part of a cross-functional delivery organization, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences and measurable customer value.\nWhat You'll Do\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects from project kickoff through deployment and project closure.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success measures.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.\nDrive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure project commitments are met and implementation objectives remain on track.\nFacilitate project governance activities including stakeholder meetings, executive reviews, status reporting, and decision-making forums.\nPartner with customers to establish implementation strategies that align technology delivery with business objectives.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation engagements.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.\nProvide clear, proactive communication regarding project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.\nGuide customers through complex implementation journeys, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.\nFacilitate alignment across customer teams, technical stakeholders, and executive leadership.\nRisk Management & Problem Resolution\nProactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and develop effective mitigation plans.\nEscalate concerns appropriately while maintaining focus on customer outcomes and project success.\nResolve complex project challenges involving competing priorities, resource constraints, or changing business requirements.\nMaintain project momentum and accountability in fast-paced and evolving environments.\nOperational Excellence\nLeverage project management best practices and implementation methodologies to drive consistent delivery outcomes.\nConduct retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future project execution.\nUtilize project management, reporting, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and visibility.\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations, technology deployments, digital transformation initiatives, or complex customer-facing projects.\nProven experience delivering software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and technical teams.\nExperience managing external customer-facing projects and serving as the primary project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nStrong project planning, risk management, governance, and stakeholder management experience.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.\nExceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nExperience influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.\nProficiency with project management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, PgMP, or equivalent certification.\nExperience leading enterprise software or SaaS implementations.\nExperience working with large, complex customers requiring coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.\nKnowledge of systems integration, data migration, change management, and implementation methodologies.\nExperience utilizing AI-enabled project management, reporting, forecasting, or analytics tools.\nSuccess in This Role\nSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the ability to confidently lead enterprise implementation projects while building trust with customers and stakeholders.
