Project Managers within our Services PMO are responsible for staffing, scheduling, and project management of professional services projects involving Blackbaud’s solutions. Project Managers serve as the main point of contact for customer and internal project teams and are responsible for the overall success of the project. Individuals in this role must have excellent customer service skills and are responsible for ensuring customers have a superior customer experience. Project Managers work with cross-functional teams to schedule and manage project delivery. This team is evaluated on project implementation process, customer care and customer satisfaction.\nWork Location & Schedule\nWork Location: Sky tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India\nWork Schedule:\nThis role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours.\n\nAbility to work a schedule aligned with U.S. business hours, generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), with availability for customer-facing engagements during that time.\n\nParticipation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\nManaging professional services projects for Blackbaud's customers.\n\nConduct project kick-off and customer status meetings, ensuring clear and organized communication with all stakeholders.\n\nWork collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure project tasks are scheduled correctly and completed on time.\n\nStays on a focused, efficient path for achieving results through monitoring project timeline and milestone progress.\n\nMaintain project data in internal systems and project management tool, including project status updates, forecasts, backlog updates etc.\n\nAddress and resolve customer issues and feedback by collaborating with internal Blackbaud teams and maintaining effective communication with customers.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nDemonstrated ability to manage a large volume of customers and projects concurrently\n\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies\n\nExperience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint\n\nSalesForce and/or Certinia experience is a plus\n\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
