As you build expertise across contract management, billing operations, systems administration, and revenue processes, you’ll have opportunities to grow your career, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage data and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to help drive operational excellence that supports purpose-driven organizations around the world.\nWhat you'll do\nSupport accurate and timely order-to-cash operations by processing contracts, invoices, billing transactions, and subscription-related activities while maintaining compliance with established controls and service level expectations.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to facilitate contract requests, resolve operational questions, and deliver an outstanding internal customer experience.\nManage customer subscription and renewal information within business systems, helping ensure customers receive the products and services they purchase and that account records remain accurate.\nReview contract adjustments, invoice corrections, and credit requests by validating order history, billing details, and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies.\nAdminister and process opportunities, quotes, contracts, and related transactions within Salesforce and Workday while maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.\nContribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and participating in training related to artificial intelligence, Lean methodologies, root cause analysis, and operational excellence.\nWhat you'll bring\n2+ years of professional experience in revenue operations, order management, billing, finance operations, customer support operations, or a related business function.\nKnowledge of contract administration and order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, billing activities, subscription management, and revenue operations workflows.\nUnderstanding of operational controls and data accuracy requirements, with the ability to review transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve routine issues using established procedures.\nExperience working with customer relationship management, billing, or financial systems, preferably Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise platforms.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
