If you're passionate about translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into meaningful business transformation and leading teams at the forefront of enterprise innovation, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead and develop a team of AI Product Owners supporting multiple enterprise value streams, providing coaching, strategic direction, and execution support to maximize business impact.\nDefine and evangelize the technical vision, governance framework, and operating model for Blackbaud's internal AI platform, ensuring scalable and responsible adoption across the organization.\nPartner with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to prioritize AI opportunities and align investments with enterprise objectives.\nGuide the design and implementation of AI-powered agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements.\nServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by evaluating emerging AI capabilities, platforms, and market trends, translating technical developments into actionable recommendations.\nEstablish best practices, standards, and governance models for enterprise AI development, including agent architecture, model selection, integration patterns, and operational controls.\nLead cross-functional planning efforts, including strategic roadmaps, portfolio prioritization, and readiness assessments for new AI capabilities.\nPartner closely with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical approaches, integration strategies, and platform scalability requirements.\nBuild organizational AI capability by mentoring product, technical, and business stakeholders while supporting enablement programs, communities of practice, and champion networks.\nAssess and recommend enterprise AI platforms, tools, and vendor solutions based on technical merit, business value, security requirements, and long-term strategic fit.\nWhat We'll Want You to Have\n8+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles, including experience managing and developing high-performing teams.\nDemonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI applications, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives that span product, engineering, architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of AI platform architecture, APIs, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and enterprise-scale deployment considerations.\nExperience evaluating and implementing enterprise AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, Anthropic Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, IBM Watson Orchestrate, or similar platforms.\nProven ability to communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.\nKnowledge of responsible AI practices, security, compliance, risk management, and governance considerations within large organizations.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube\nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
