You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to create alignment around priorities, improve how work flows across teams, and bring greater visibility to progress, risks, dependencies, and results.\nThis role is a great fit for an experienced program leader who can operate across strategy and execution. You’ll help teams strengthen Agile and SAFe practices, advance Operational Value Stream thinking, and evolve toward scalable ways of working. Along the way, you’ll facilitate important conversations, navigate organizational complexity, and help leaders and teams turn strategy into action.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through execution, keeping teams aligned around priorities, outcomes, and business value.\nPartner with business and technology leaders to coordinate work across teams and manage key risks, dependencies, decisions, and priorities.\nFacilitate planning sessions, leadership discussions, executive reviews, and other forums that enable timely decisions and effective execution.\nCreate clear visibility into program progress, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and areas requiring leadership attention.\nHelp teams adopt and mature SAFe practices while evolving from traditional Agile approaches to scalable delivery models.\nPartner with leaders to establish and strengthen Operational Value Streams, improving flow, coordination, and visibility across the organization.\nIdentify systemic challenges that impact delivery and work across teams and leadership to address impediments and improve effectiveness.\nSupport organizational change by helping teams adopt sustainable ways of working, governance practices, and delivery rhythms.\nWhat we’ll want you to have\n5+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management, including responsibility for complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience working in Agile and SAFe environments involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.\nUnderstanding of Operational Value Streams, flow-based delivery principles, and scaled ways of working.\nExperience leading or supporting organizational transformation, change management, or delivery-model evolution.\nStrong facilitation skills with the ability to guide planning sessions, decision-making forums, and conversations involving diverse stakeholders.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including the ability to partner effectively with business, technology, and senior leaders.\nExperience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, or other SAFe practices and events is a plus.\nSAFe certification such as SSM, SASM, SA, or SP, or experience working within an Enterprise PMO or portfolio management environment, is a plus\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube\nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
