Your expertise in modern software development, technical collaboration, and continuous improvement will help drive innovation while expanding what’s possible for the people and organizations changing the world.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and easy to support.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance, user experience, and development processes.\nCollaborate with product management and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.\nPartner with engineers and user experience teams to translate design concepts into accessible, standards-compliant web experiences.\nContribute to technical design discussions and help shape effective, long-term architectural decisions.\nSupport Agile delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.\nMaintain strong engineering standards through code quality practices, operational excellence, and ongoing support of delivered solutions.\nLeverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality, and actively experiment with emerging capabilities as they evolve.\nWhat you'll bring\n2 to 5 years of experience designing and developing applications using Java.\nExperience with modern web technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript, Angular, CSS, and HTML.\nExperience working with Tomcat, Linux, and Jenkins in software development environments.\nExperience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Cosmos DB databases.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented development principles and software engineering best practices.\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful services and APIs, along with source control tools such as Git and continuous integration systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based application development on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality, operable software.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
