By combining strong engineering practices, continuous learning, and innovation, this role supports Blackbaud’s mission to accelerate social impact through intelligent technology while expanding what’s possible for the organizations and communities we serve.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and maintain high-quality software by designing, developing, and supporting efficient, reusable, and reliable applications.\nImprove customer outcomes by identifying opportunities to enhance application performance, usability, and development processes.\nCollaborate with engineers to design scalable technical solutions that align with product goals and business priorities.\nPartner with Product Management to understand, refine, and document requirements that deliver meaningful customer value.\nImplement user experience designs while ensuring compliance with web standards and accessibility requirements.\nContribute to Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.\nLeverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality, and actively experiment with emerging capabilities as they evolve.\nWhat you'll bring\n2 to 5 years of experience designing and developing applications on the Microsoft technology stack.\nExperience with C#, .NET Core, and object-oriented software development principles.\nExperience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience working with relational databases and SQL.\nExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.\nFamiliarity with Git, source control practices, and continuous integration environments.\nExperience building cloud-based applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP and an interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve software delivery and quality.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
