This role is pivotal in enabling seamless customer journey from onboarding through renewal. \nWhat you'll be doing:\nDefine and evolve the solution architecture for the I2R value stream, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. \n\nDrive innovative, AI-enabled solutions that drive scale, efficiency and transform our operations in the Implement to Renew space. \n\nCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions with detailed roadmaps. \n\nLead architectural design of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms. \n\nEnsure architectural alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting the I2R value stream. \n\nMeasure and communicate the architectural impact on flow efficiency, quality, and the enablement of business outcomes (CAGR, Net unit expansion, etc…) \n\nGuide teams in implementing event-driven architectures, real-time data pipelines, and API-first integrations. \n\nParticipate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure architectural alignment and continuous improvement. \n\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards. \n\nPromote Lean-Agile principles, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices across the value stream. \n\nEnable end-to-end visibility and flow across marketing, sales, and customer data systems to improve decision-making and reduce time from idea to revenue. \n\nCollaborate with other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure interoperability and architectural coherence across adjacent value streams. \n\nWhat we'll want you to have:\n12+ years of industry experience designing and implementing solutions. \n\n8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles. \n\n3+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile frameworks. \n\nSAFe® Architect Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). \n\nDeep understanding of marketing and sales technology ecosystems to include integration patterns across these ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Snowflake). \n\nExperience with data integration, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization. \n\nAbility to deliver technical solutions which meet all minimum requirements for quality, security and operability. \n\nPreferred Skills\nFamiliarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and consent management. \n\nExperience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways. \n\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \n\nAbility to mentor teams and influence architectural decisions across business and IT. \n\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose‑driven technology and responsible AI.
