This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who is eager to deepen their technical expertise, build business partnerships, and grow their career while supporting a company focused on social impact.\nWork Location & Schedule\nWork Location: Sky tech, Financial District, Hyderabad, India\nWork Schedule:\nThis role supports customers and stakeholders primarily during U.S. business hours.\n\nExpected working hours are 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST, with occasional flexibility required to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams and business needs.\n\nParticipation in after-hours support rotations and select holiday coverage may be required based on product, region, or business needs.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn daily cash accounting activities and support month-end close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting across the organization.\nDrive process improvements through automation, standardization, and the use of technology to increase efficiency, scalability, and data quality.\nPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain the integrity of financial records.\nAnalyze financial data and reporting for accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance, including information used in external reporting and regulatory filings.\nPartner closely with finance, treasury, and global accounting teams to ensure accurate accounting for cash transactions and facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.\nSupport internal and external audit activities by preparing documentation, responding to requests, and helping strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.\nWhat you'll bring\nActive Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.\n1+ years of accounting experience, preferably combining public accounting and corporate accounting environments. • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements, with exposure to Ind AS, Indian GAAP. • Understanding of financial close processes, account reconciliations with emphasis on cash activities, audit support, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks. • Experience using enterprise financial systems such as Workday and/or BlackLine, with strong analytical skills and proficiency leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven insights to improve accounting operations.\nLeverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality and actively experiment with emerging capabilities as they evolve.\nStay up to date on everything Blackbaud, follow us on Linkedin, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube \nBlackbaud powers social impact through purpose-driven technology and responsible AI.
