We're looking for an Ecosystem Program Manager to help scale and operationalize that vision. the QNX Everywhere ecosystem strategy, ensuring initiatives progress from approval through completion.\nAct as the primary operational point of contact for ecosystem partners, technology vendors, universities, consortiums, incubators, accelerators, and other strategic organizations.\nLead and manage the QNX Everywhere Enablement Program, helping partners integrate QNX-related offerings, developer resources, and assets into their platforms and user experiences.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners while identifying opportunities to increase engagement, adoption, and collaboration.\nDevelop and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, dashboards, KPIs, and executive status reporting.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, developer relations, product management, sales, legal, and finance teams.\nManage relationships with incubators and accelerators such as startup hubs, innovation networks, and entrepreneurial programs.\nCreate engagement plans, run recurring operational meetings, and ensure commitments, deliverables, and obligations are completed.\nConnect startups, developers, researchers, and ecosystem participants with appropriate QNX resources and subject matter experts.\nManage operational aspects of industry consortiums, standards bodies, and strategic technology initiatives.\nParticipate in consortium working groups, track action items, and ensure organizational commitments are fulfilled.\nManage sponsorship activities and associated contracts, including NDAs, SLAs, SOWs, sponsorship agreements, and academic framework agreements.\nCoordinate procurement and purchasing activities required to support ecosystem investments and programs.\nTrack engagement outcomes, program effectiveness, ecosystem investments, renewal cycles, sponsorship commitments, and budget utilization.\nMaintain a partner inventory database and identify opportunities to strengthen ecosystem coverage.\nDevelop scalable, repeatable frameworks for:Partner onboarding\nSponsorship evaluation\nEcosystem investment reviews\nSuccess metric tracking\nQuarterly business reviews\nRenewal and exit decisions\n\nCoordinate QNX participation in hackathons, workshops, conferences, demo days, job fairs, and other community events.\nPartner with marketing teams to develop and promote ecosystem initiatives and developer-focused programs.\nUse modern AI tools responsibly to help automate, streamline, and scale ecosystem operations and reporting activities.\nTravel as needed to support ecosystem partners, events, workshops, and strategic engagements.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience managing programs, partnerships, strategic relationships, or ecosystem initiatives within the technology industry.\nStrong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with executives, engineers, academics, developers, startups, and industry partners.\nAbility to drive initiatives forward through influence, coordination, and strong follow-through.\nComfort engaging with technical audiences and understanding developer-focused tools, technologies, and platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience working cross-functionally within a technology-driven organization.\nUnderstanding of software development concepts,
